A visionary with immense leadership, Mr. Vijay Vora Laid the foundation of an independent stock broking house in 2000. He is actively involved in managing the firm and focused on continuing group's innovation and leadership. Mr. Vora optimised the business of Jobbing, and set new standards of derivative and arbitrage business as well as growth and development of the proprietary and asset management services in India. Under his leadership, TSL not only steered through the dotcom bust and one of the worst stock market downtrends but also grew from strength to strength.

Variously described as ebullient, focused, passionate, sincere, hard-working and dynamic, Mr. Vora has infused TSL with his own brand of energetic leadership, vision, and spirit over the years. His keen business acumen and result oriented approach has made him excel in executing challenging tasks. With an illustrious career spanning across 30 years, he is held in high esteem professionally amongst Indian capital market peers.

Mr. Kamlesh Shah: Co-Founder & Managing Director.

Mr. Kamlesh Shah has a natural flair for nurturing and cultivating innovation and out of box thinking. In his capacity as a Director he is key man behind strategic decision making and risk management and in past has led many successful initiatives for the group. He has keen business acumen in identifying new business opportunities for accelerated growth.

Mr. Shah is currently a Director at ANMI. He is not only a Governing Board member at BBF but also a Chairman West of CPAI. Mr. Shah brings visionary insights in Regulatory framework Total Securities Ltd. He has more than 24 years of experience in the financial industry. He brings a wide range of legal, regulatory and trading experience to the TSL team. Mr. Shah is responsible for the management and the growth of the firms trading business and operations. Mr. Shah is also responsible for the firm’s regulatory and compliance oversight, risk management and supervision of trading activities. Mr. Shah is a Accredited Chartered Accountant. He is also a Certified NISM, NCFM & MCCP.

Suresh Vora – Co-Founder & Director

With vast knowledge of Risk Management and career span of around 30 years in Financial Markets Mr. Suresh Vora comes with new innovative ideas of Surveillance thereby making a risk free trading. He has profound exposure to liaise business to develop strategy, manage processes and ensure technology alignment to implement programs that deliver on strategic goals and objectives.

He has varied experience of rapid progression for excellence in reducing costs, increasing productivity, driving innovation, and stimulating bottom-line growth of the organizations within challenging markets and economic conditions. He has been hand-selected to lead major corporate initiatives for reputation as a problem solver, cross-functional team coordinator, consensus-builder, and driver of triple-digit revenue and profit performance.

Shyam Bihani – Co-Founder & Director

Mr. Shyam Bihani has a rich trading experience of 22 years in proprietary trading. His expertise lies in mentoring & crafting the vision and is responsible for shaping and moulding new talents by sharing his expertise, experience and passion to the best out of every new scalper/jobber at TSL. He has keen business acumen in identifying new business opportunities for accelerated growth.

Mr. Bihani was predominantly instrumental in setting up of the derivative and arbitrage business as well as development of the proprietary and asset management at TSL. He was also responsible for scaling up of the derivatives business at the group for over a decade now. An able and proficient multi tasker, with an eye for perfection, Mr. Bihani has not only lived up to the expectations of his team as a leader but has also created high standards of work culture.

Rajesh Modi – Director.

Mr. Rajesh Modi oversights the vital functions of the TSL. Prior to TSL Mr. Modi has gained a wealth of experience on the trading side of the industry and has a collective wealth of 27 years at trading. Known for his leadership and mentoring skills he is closely involved with with the scalping and arbitrage division of the company. He also believes the idea of business development through an attitude of always helping the scalper succeed.

Mr. Modi has been responsible for “Keeping Everything Running” in TSL. He is an effective communicator with strong people management, leadership, analytical and coordination skills. He is a ‘know lad’ in bringing uniformity in process documentation and assessment of modules and revamping and redefining / restructuring the documentation according to business requirement.
